IS THIS YOUR FULL-TIME JOB?

No, this is not my full-time job. I'm doing this for fun because I love fitness and helping people achieve their goals.

DO YOU HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATION?

No. But ask yourself this – when you were (or if you are currently) going through recruiting, did you primarily use what you learned in school, or did you learn most of it yourself by going through interview guides and practicing cases independently. I may not have a certification, but I’ve done hundreds of hours of research, have personal experience, testimonials from clients, and have lived through balancing fitness with an intense work schedule.

​Also, it only takes a few weeks to get a personal training certification (oftentimes with >70% pass rates), but they'll charge me for taking the course and I'll come out of it poorer.

WHY SHOULD I PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR A WORKOUT PLAN?

This is a one time payment for a routine that you can complete almost anywhere and progress forever. Most other trainers offer "x" week plans because they want you to come back and spend more after the program ends - I don't do that. I price the custom workout plan based on the amount of time I'll spend creating it for you (whereas I provide the weight loss guide for free since that doesn't require me to put in additional work). If you do purchase my plan, you can make up the costs within a few months because you no longer need that gym membership.

WHY CAN'T I JUST FIND A FREE HOME WORKOUT PROGRAM ONLINE?

This is definitely an option and you can try them out first and see if you're happy with your results. However, I bet that almost every trainer that publishes home dumbbell routines also goes to the gym or utilizes other training methods as their primary source of training. It's hard to differentiate if their progress comes from these home workouts or from the other types of training (most likely the latter). Home workouts are all I do, and I know what it takes to achieve results.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

If you're unhappy with your custom program for whatever reason, I offer full refunds up to 14 days after you receive your plan. If you let me know why you're unhappy and what your goals are, I'll do my best to refer you to relevant resources or a trainer that can best meet your needs. 

DO YOU OFFER LONGER TERM COACHING SERVICES?

I believe that the content in my custom workout plan is enough for anybody to progress at an excellent rate. If you would still like to discuss longer term coaching after taking a look at your plan, feel free to contact me.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

I train almost exclusively with adjustable dumbbells, which have been enough to achieve my results. I would also recommend a pull-up bar and a weighted vest if you would like to focus more on calisthenics.

WHAT SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

The only supplement I've taken consistently is protein powder. Creatine is also proven for increasing strength and performance but I choose not to take it because one of the side effects is increased water retention, which makes my face and body look bloated. I'm highly against PEDs (steroids) because of the serious health risks that they pose, and I believe that most people underestimate how far they can go without using them. Currently, there's a new supplement called "Turkesterone" which supposedly has some of the positive effects of PEDs without the negatives. Information on it is still limited and I won't be taking it since I'm happy with my natural progression, but it could be something to look into.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE MANY POSTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

I’ve historically tried to stay away from social media so that it doesn’t consume too much of my time. I am looking to grow my social media presence in the near future so feel free to follow / subscribe to my channels! I'm planning on providing more free advice through those platforms.

DO YOU HAVE REGRETS ABOUT YOUR CAREER CHOICE?

No, the team at my investment bank was fantastic and I’m grateful to have met every single person I worked with. I believe that going through the grind early in your career pays huge dividends due to the experience you gain and the opportunities that you open up in the future. My goal is to make sure you come out with that experience as healthy as possible!

HOW TALL ARE YOU / HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH?

I'm 6'1 and generally weigh between 175-185lbs depending on the time of the year (heavier in the winter).
