Custom Workout Plan

Fill out a questionnaire about yourself and we will work together to develop a plan that you can follow for the rest of your life. Whether you’re at a “real” gym, condo / hotel gym, or in your home, you’ll be able to complete this routine anywhere, with progressions that last forever.

This plan will be structured around completing full-body workouts three times a week. This is the same type of routine I've followed for the past couple of years.

It's also designed to have a flexible schedule, providing you with the exercises that you should focus on and the ones that you’re allowed to skip on your busiest days or weeks. 

With this plan, you also get The "Shortcuts to Looking Your Best" guide. This will provide you with "shortcuts" on how to look your best aesthetically by focusing on training the most important muscles.

You will also receive my top tips to optimize muscle growth based on your profile and specific goals, and email support if you have additional questions.

Benefits of Home Workouts

1) Time: Getting to the gym takes takes time out of your day, and you frequently have to wait for people to finish using certain pieces of equipment. By exercising at home, you can get the workout done much faster.

2) Costs: Paying for gym memberships is expensive. You don't need to pay for a membership when you can get great results at your home / condo gym. Also, save money on transportation getting to and from the gym.

3) Privacy: Going to the gym can be distracting if others are judgmental, being too loud, or if you run into friends. It is more efficient to work at home.

4) Consistency: If you travel to different places, your membership may not cover that geography, and different gyms may have different equipment. If you're on a rigorous schedule, gyms may be closed by the time you're ready to work out. You don't run into these issues by exercising at home, where you set your own schedule.
